ANDY TURNER

Originally from England, Andy Turner is the Founder of the CHALET SPA Group, located in the British Channel Islands, and maintains an active interest in the business and the team looking after CHALET SPA guests. Andy has a passion for mountains, skiing, the sea and design.

After graduating in international commercial law, he moved to London where he specialised as a corporate lawyer, advising a range of international businesses. In 1996, Andy moved to Jersey in the British Channel Islands, to set up and build a corporate business for the Abacus Financial Services Group. In 2005, Andy and the other owners of Abacus sold this business to Royal Bank of Canada.

A Founder Partner of ARRO GROUP, today Andy is involved in a range of entrepreneurial activities and divides his time between the mountains and the sea. Andy developed the idea for the CHALET SPA project in 2005. The CHALET SPA concept, brand and trademark, and also its extension the “S” mark (for Snow, Skiing, Sun, Sea, Sand, Safari, Sky-diving, Space and Sport) have been developed since 2006. It was in Verbier that Andy decided to build the flagship residence CHALET SPA Verbier.
